Valinor Digital Brings Diversified Exposure to Public BDCs Onchain with Superstate's FundOS
New fund offers qualified investors diversified exposure to institutional private credit returns with daily liquidity through a custom basket of publicly traded BDCs

Press Release
NEW YORK, September 10, 2026
Valinor Digital Inc. ("Valinor Digital") today announced the launch of the Valinor BDC Exposure Fund (VBDC), a tokenized fund managed by Valinor Digital Capital LLC and issued on Superstate's FundOS infrastructure. By launching VBDC, Valinor Digital, founded by a team of former Blackstone investors, aims to offer “smart beta” exposure to publicly traded private credit portfolios from large asset managers with daily liquidity and continuous investor access.
VBDC provides qualified investors with diversified exposure to an institutional private credit return profile through a custom basket of publicly traded Business Development Companies (BDCs). The portfolio spans thousands of unique, primarily senior, secured loans across multiple BDCs, delivering broad diversification paired with daily redemption features.
"We saw clear, unmet demand from onchain investors for a product that combines real-economy yield with daily liquidity features. VBDC is designed to meet that demand, combining Valinor Digital's underwriting and credit expertise with Superstate's onchain infrastructure," said Connor Dougherty, CEO of Valinor Digital.
Public BDCs are closed-end funds that lend to privately held companies. They trade on major U.S. exchanges with daily liquidity and quarterly reporting, and are required to distribute at least 90% of their taxable income to shareholders. Because public BDCs rely on established secondary markets such as the NYSE for liquidity rather than the redemption windows common to private BDCs, VBDC can offer exposure to a private credit return profile with the secondary liquidity of public markets.
"Private credit is a meaningful step for tokenized capital markets, and we believe Valinor Digital’s team has the underwriting depth to do it right. VBDC is the first high-yield private credit fund that's tokenized, offers daily liquidity, and is usable in DeFi, expanding what investors can hold, use, and build with onchain," said Robert Leshner, CEO of Superstate.
VBDC is Valinor Digital's first product available for broad subscription.
VBDC goes live in September and will be available on Ethereum at launch. The fund is issued as a series of Superstate Asset Trust, with Superstate's FundOS supporting compliant issuance, recordkeeping, and direct investor registration via its SEC-registered transfer agency infrastructure. Superstate is integrated with decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms including Aave Horizon, Morpho, and Kamino.
